Who owns the copyright to graphics generated by the MyMuse Generator (artificial intelligence)?
- Unfortunately, there is no answer to this question yet! Graphics generated by artificial intelligence based on prompts entered by the User have not yet been clearly regulated under copyright law.
- The MyMuse platform does not claim any copyright to images created using the Generator.
- MyMuse acts only as an intermediary, providing an external tool for creating graphics and providing the service of printing and framing the created images along with their delivery. Please remember that under the law this does not mean that you, as a User using the Generator, are the owner of the copyright to these images or that you have exclusive rights to them.
Are there any restrictions on entering prompts?
- Yes. Be careful not to violate the rights of other people. An example may be generating images of public figures and displaying an image with their image in a public place or publishing photos of such an image on social networking sites.
- We advise against such action. Some creators and public figures have the ability to control the use of their work or image and may not be happy with you creating AI-generated images using their work or image for purposes they have not consented to.
- The same applies to creating recognizable characters (e.g. animated, film) or brands using the Generator - all of them may be protected by copyright or trademark. Please do not use these images without obtaining permission from the appropriate rights owner. MyMuse cannot provide such consent.
Who is the creator of the generated graphics?
- All graphics and images were generated by the Stable Diffusion system based on artificial intelligence (AI).
- MyMuse does not verify AI-generated content for compliance with the Regulations applicable on the MyMuse website, including "Prohibited ways of using the Image Generator".
For detailed information, please read our Regulations.
